2010-2011 FALL/WINTER AAU SEASON

Welcome back current B&B players and new members of the B&B program.  We are proud to announce a bigger and better fall/winter schedule and we look forward to meeting and seeing all the B&B players and parents. Please take time to look over the practice and tournaments and we look forward to seeing you in the near future at the B&B tryout sessions and practices.

**TRYOUTS/PRACTICES: OCTOBER 5th,6th,13th,14th,19th,20th,26th and27th.  All players are welcome to attend all of the above tryout dates and practices. All tryouts are open to all 4th-8th grade boys and girls.

**Registration begins at 700pm, Tryout/practice will begin no later than 730pm

**ALL TRYOUTS/PRACTICES ARE FROM 7pm-9pm AT College of Lake County.  There will be a one time $20.00 registration fee good for all of the October dates. (16 hours of basketball training for $20.00)

**PARENT NIGHT/ PROGRAM NIGHT:  October 27th  7pm-9pm

**Please look under practices menu for up to date current practice schedule and under tournaments menu to see the tentative tournament schedule.

The B&B staff has expanded the fall/winter season to include:

  • Over 70 hours of skills and drill training
  • 8-9 AAU competition style tournaments
  • 30-45 games
  • Highly qualified coaching staff
  • Program coaching will be directed by Coach Tim Bowen Head Boys Basketball Coach of Carmel Catholic High School

*  Congratulations to Alex Sanchez from South Elgin on his commitment to Benedictine University.  Alex played on our 17U team last year.

* Congratulations to Kevin Senechelle from St. Charles East on his commitment to University of Wisconsin-Parkside.  Kevin played on our 17U team last year.

* Congratulations to Jack Adams from Belvidere North on his commitment to Emory University.  Jack played for the Magic since he was in 7th grade and on our 17U team last year.

* Congratulations to Molly Whiting (Woodstock) for NW Herald Player of the Year Honors!!! Molly played on our 17U team last year.
* Congratulations to Erin Thomas on her commitment to Dayton University on a full basketball scholarship.


 

Welcome back B&B players for the 2010-2011 fall/winter season. 

PARENTS PLEASE NOTE: 

The B&B staff will work with players and parents to help accomodate players schedules of all other activities.  Please talk to the coaching staff as we are determined to help kids be active in more than one sport and to support their current middle school programs.

Congrats to all the players and parents that qualified and played in this years national tournaments.  B&B had 4 teams that qualified for nationals.  With the 6th grade boys team Playing in the AAU national tournament this past season.  Way to go boys.
